血流限制训练联合神经肌肉电刺激对前交叉韧带重建术后康复的疗效研究
Effects of blood flow restriction training combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation on rehabilitation outcomes after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the rehabilitation efficacy of blood flow restriction training(BFRT)combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation(NMES)in patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)recon-struction.Methods:A total of 66 patients who underwent ACL reconstruction were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table,with 33 cases in each group.In addition to conven-tional rehabilitation exercises,the control group received NMES therapy,while the experimental group received NMES combined with BFRT.The therapeutic outcomes were assessed before treatment and at 8th week post-treat-ment using the Lysholm score,joint position reproduction error,passive movement detection threshold,the tampa scale of kinesiophobia(TSK-11),and thigh circumference difference.Adverse events were also recorded.Results:After 8 weeks of intervention,both groups showed significant improvement in Lysholm scores compared with base-line(P<0.05),with the experimental group demonstrating significantly greater improvement than the control group(P<0.05).The joint position reproduction error,passive movement detection threshold,and TSK-11 scores were significantly reduced in both groups compared with baseline(P<0.05),with the experimental group showing a more pronounced reduction than the control group(P<0.05).Although the thigh circumference difference de-creased in both groups,no statistically significant difference was observed between them.Similarly,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the groups.Conclusion:The combina-tion of BFRT and NMES in postoperative rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction significantly enhances knee func-tion recovery,improves proprioception,and effectively alleviates kinesiophobia,with good safety profile,making it worthy of further clinical application in rehabilitation studies.关键词
