Abstract
Objective:To explore the characteristics of ultrasonic elastography in patients with breast cancer and evalu-ate the differential diagnostic value of its characteristic parameters for different molecular typing.Methods:A total of 98 cases of invasive breast cancer treated in our hospital from January 2021 to September 2024 were selected,and the clinico-pathological data were collected,and the related parameters were detected by ultrasonic elastography.According to the results of immunohistochemistry,patients were divided into Luminal type,HER-2 overexpression type and triple negative type.The differences of elastography characteristic parameters of different types were compared,and the differential diagnosis efficiency was analyzed by ROC curve.Results:There was significant difference in tumor margin and calcification among the three groups(P＜0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression showed that area(OR=0.249),diameter(OR=0.832)and elasticity score(OR=0.343)were the influencing factors to distinguish between Luminal type and triple negative type,and diameter(OR=1.196)and elasticity score(OR=2.591)were the factors to distinguish triple negative type from HER-2 overexpression type.Area(OR=7.691),diameter(OR=1.342),hardness value(OR=1.911)and elasticity score(OR=1.341)are the influencing factors to distin-guish between Luminal type and HER-2 overexpression type(all P＜0.05).ROC curve showed that the diagnostic efficiency of elastic score in differentiating different molecular types was good,and the AUC was 0.796(Luminal vs triple negative),0.876(triple negative vs HER-2 overexpression)and 0.934(Luminal vs HER-2 overexpression),respectively.Conclusion:The char-acteristic parameters of ultrasonic elastography can be used to distinguish different molecular types of breast cancer,and pre-operative detection of this parameter can provide reference for the selection of breast cancer treatment schemes.关键词
