组织多普勒在甲功正常桥本甲状腺炎患者左心室功能的评估价值
Application of TDI in evaluating left ventricular function in euthyroid patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the utility of tissue Doppler imaging(TDI)in detecting early left ventricular dysfunc-tion in euthyroid patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT).Methods:A total of 52 HT patients with normal thyroid function who visited the Department of Endocrinology,Department of Ultrasound and Department of Physical Examination of Jinshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from May,2023 to July,2025 were prospectively enrolled as the study group,and 52 healthy people were recruited as the control group.The conventional echocardiographic left ventricular indexes,TDI echocar-diographic left ventricular function indexes,and Tei index were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the study group showed abnormalities in multiple measures of left ventricular function.The ratio of early diastolic to late diastolic mitral flow velocity(E/A),SEm/SAm,MAPSE(sep)and MAPSE(lat)were significantly decreased.The Tei index of the ventricular septal side was significantly increased(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Subclinical left ventricular diastolic and systolic function impairment exists in HT patients with normal thyroid function.TDI can effectively evaluate cardiac involvement through SEm/SAm,MAPSE,and Tei index,providing objective evidence for early clinical intervention.关键词
