左心声学造影对缺血性心脏病患者冠状动脉微循环障碍的评估
Diagnostic value of left ventricular echocardiography in coronary microcirculation disturbance in patients with ischemic heart disease

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the application value of left ventricular echocardiography(LVECG)in coronary micro-circulation disorders in patients with ischemic heart disease,and to provide reference for the clinical evaluation of coronary microcirculatory dysfunction in patients with ischemic heart disease by analyzing the relevant parameters detected by LVECG.Methods:A total of 80 patients with ischemic heart disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the study group.Based on a comparison of the patients'general characteristics and LVECG results,the subjects were divided into two groups:the ischemic heart disease with coronary microcirculatory impair-ment group(impairment group)and the ischemic heart disease without coronary microcirculatory impairment group(normal group).Concurrently,80 healthy individuals who underwent cardiac function tests in our hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy control group.Cardiac function indicators,three-dimensional spatial parameters of cardiac ultra-sound,left ventricular systolic and diastolic functions,left venticular global longitudinal strain(LVGLS),and myocardial blood flow(MBF)were observed and measured using LVECG and three-dimensional ultrasound examinations.Results:The levels of global atrial strain(GAS),global longitudinal strain(GLS),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular stroke volume(LVSV),MBF,and LVGLS in the disorder group were lower than those in the normal group(P<0.05),and the prevalence of hypertension was higher than that in the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion:LVECG can provide reliable support for the clinical assessment of coronary microcirculatory disorders by evaluating the occurrence of hypertension,three-dimensional spa-tial examination of the heart,left ventricular systolic and diastolic functions,and MBF in patients with ischemic heart disease.关键词
