不同超声特征诊断T3及以上分期胃癌的临床价值研究
Clinical value of different ultrasonic features in the diagnosis of T3 and above stages of gastric cancer

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic efficiency of ultrasonic features("corner sign",maximum diameter and thickness of lesions)of gastric cancer in T3 and above stages(≥T3 stage).Methods:From June 2023 to June 2025,165 patients with gastric cancer in our hospital were taken as the research object,and 134 cases were diagnosed by surgery and pathology as the group with pathological stage≥T3(case group)and 31 cases as the control group.The clinical data,ultrasonic"angle sign",the maximum diameter and thickness of gastric cancer lesions between the two groups were com-pared,and the diagnostic efficacy of the three methods and their combination in gastric cancer≥T3 stage was analyzed.Results:①There was no significant difference in sex,age,body mass index,differentiation degree,Lauren classification and lesion location between the case group and the control group(P>0.05).②The proportion of ultrasonic"corner sign"in patients with gastric cancer in the case group was higher than that in the control group,and the maximum diameter and thickness of the lesion were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).③Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of the combined diagnosis of ultrasonic horn sign,maximum diameter and thickness of gastric cancer lesions was higher than that of the three methods alone(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combina-tion of ultrasonic"corner sign"and the maximum diameter and thickness of gastric cancer lesions could improve the diag-nostic efficiency of gastric cancer≥T3.关键词
