马铃薯新品种'丽薯19号'的选育及配套栽培技术
Breeding of New Potato Variety'Lishu 19'and Its Supporting Cultivation Techniques

Abstract
'Lishu 19'is a new potato variety developed by the Lijiang Institute of Agricultural Sciences.It was bred through hybridization and multi-year evaluation and selection,using the local landrace'Laoshu Yangyu'as the female parent and the self-developed variety'Lishu 7'as the male parent.The variety was officially registered as a non-major crop in 2022,with the registration number GPD Potato(2022)530072.It is a mid-late maturing specialty type intended for fresh consumption.Plants exhibit a semi-erect growth habit,with dark green leaves,purple stems,and abundant flowering;the corolla is light purplish-red.Tubers are long oval in shape,with smooth red skin and partially red flesh.The tubers contain 19.50%dry matter,12.40%starch,1.68%protein,34.50 mg/100g vitamin C,and 0.29%reducing sugars.In the 2017-2018 spring-summer season multi-location trial of advanced lines conducted by the Yunnan Potato Industrial System,'Lishu 19'produced an average yield of 1 789 kg/667m2,representing a 29.26%increase over the control variety'Hezuo 88'.Artificial inoculation tests indicated that the variety is highly susceptible to late blight(Phytophthora infestans),but moderately resistant to potato virus Y(PVY).'Lishu 19'is recommended for cultivation in spring-summer potato regions at altitudes ranging from 2 500 to 3 000 m.关键词
