腹壁整形术改善患者功能结局的研究进展
Advances in the Application of Abdominoplasty for Improving Patient Functional Outcomes

Abstract
Abdominoplasty is a common procedure in plastic surgery.Although traditionally considered a purely aesthetic operation,a growing body of research indicates that its value extends beyond improvements in abdominal appearance,significantly impacting patients'physical function,mental health,and socio-economic well-being.This study provides a comprehensive review,evaluating functional changes in patients following abdominoplasty in areas such as urinary incontinence,low back pain,pulmonary function,psychological status,body contour,and healthy lifestyle adoption,while integrating the latest clinical research evidence for analysis.The results indicate that abdominoplasty can improve symptoms of urinary incontinence and the severity of low back pain.Its impact on pulmonary function appears to be temporary and reversible.Furthermore,it effectively enhances patients'psychological status and overall quality of life.Therefore,abdominoplasty should be regarded not merely as a"superficial cosmetic procedure"but as a medical treatment that provides both morphological and functional improvement.关键词
