Application Progress of Progressive Tension Suture Technique in Abdominoplasty

Abstract
Abdominoplasty is one of the most popular aesthetic plastic surgery procedures worldwide,yet postoperative complications such as seroma formation remain a major clinical challenge.Progressive Tension Sutures(PTS),an innovative intraoperative auxiliary technique,has demonstrated remarkable advantages in reducing the incidence of complications and improving patient prognosis by optimizing tissue fixation methods and eliminating dead space.This paper systematically reviews the development history,operational principles and core technical points of the PTS technique,focuses on summarizing its clinical effects in improving surgical efficiency,preventing seroma and controlling other complications,analyzes the current global application status,technical controversies and influencing factors,and looks forward to its future development direction,aiming to provide a reference for surgeons in the field of aesthetic medicine in China to apply and innovate this technique in abdominoplasty and other related surgeries.关键词
