吲哚菁绿血管造影技术在腹壁整形术中评估皮瓣血运的应用研究
Indocyanine Green Angiography for Intraoperative Assessment of Flap Perfusion in Abdominoplasty

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of indocyanine green angiography(ICGA)for intraoperative assessment of flap perfusion and guidance of incision design during abdominoplasty.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 143 patients who underwent abdominal wall plastic surgery in our hospital from September 2024 to September 2025.The patients were divided into two groups based on whether ICGA was used during the operation.Among them,71 patients were in the observation group and 72 patients were in the control group.The control group relied on traditional experience to determine the blood supply of the skin flap,while the observation group used ICGA during the operation to assess the blood supply of the skin flap.Postoperative complications,scar quality at 6 months assessed using the Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale(POSAS),and patient satisfaction evaluated with the Manchester Cosmetic Clinical Reported Outcome Questionnaire(MCCRO-Q)were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,15 cases(21.13%)adjusted the position of the upper incision and the range of skin flap resection based on the ICGA imaging results.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 1.41%,which was lower than 11.11%in the control group(P＜0.05).At 6 months after surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in the PSAS and OSAS scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).The MCCRO-Q score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion ICGA enables real-time assessment of flap perfusion during abdominoplasty and may influence intraoperative incision design and flap resection.Compared with conventional assessment based on surgeon experience,ICGA may reduce flap-related complications and improve patient satisfaction,suggesting its value as an effective intraoperative perfusion assessment tool in abdominoplasty.关键词
