数智时代高等医学教育质量保障:机遇、难题与突破
Quality assurance of higher medical education in the era of digital intelligence:opportunities,problems and breakthroughs

Abstract
The new round of technological revolution is reshaping the logical framework and practical path-ways of quality assurance in higher medical education through digital and intelligent technologies.Research indi-cates that the opportunities brought by these technologies to quality assurance in medical education include advan-cing teaching quality monitoring from"empirical judgment"to"precise diagnosis",transforming teaching quality evaluation from"outcome-oriented paradigm"to"process-tracking paradigm",and upgrading teaching quality management from a"unidimensional"approach to a"bidimensional"one.Concurrently,challenges arise from structural contradictions between traditional educational strengths and digital-intelligent transformation,conflicts between data collection demands and medical ethics,difficulties in aligning intelligent evaluation systems with the principles of medical education,and the inertia of quality assurance systems lagging behind the rapid pace of tech-nological iteration.Based on these observations,this study proposes innovative pathways for quality assurance in medical education in the era of digital intelligence,offering insights for cultivating high-quality medical talents that meet the demands of the new era.关键词
