基于随机森林模型的广州市某城区基层医务人员工作满意度及影响因素分析
Job satisfaction of primary healthcare workers in a district of Guangzhou City and influencing factor analysis based on the random forest algorithm

Abstract
Objective To investigate the job satisfaction of primary healthcare workers in a district of Guangzhou City and to identify its influencing factors,providing evidence for strengthening the primary healthcare workforce.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to assess job satisfaction.Random forest combined with LASSO regression was used to rank and select key influencing factors,followed by Logistic stepwise regression to further analyze their effects.Results The overall job satisfaction among primary healthcare workers was rela-tively high,with the lowest score observed in the work return dimension[(4.50±0.78),(4.41±0.93),re-spectively].Under the optimal lambda,eight important factors were identified in descending order of importance:the contribution of basic public health services to professional development,monthly income,leaders' emphasis on basic public health services,passion for work,educational background,marital status,self-rated health status,and the contribution of public health services to professional title promotion.Logistic regression showed that the contribution of basic public health services to professional development,leaders' emphasis on basic public health services,passion for work,and monthly income had significant associations with job satisfaction among primary healthcare workers(all P＜0.05).Conclusions Job satisfaction among primary healthcare workers is positively associated with the implementation of national basic public health service programs.It is recommended to strength-en support for healthcare workers' participation in public health services,enhance leaders' attention to these pro-grams,and improve incentive mechanisms to further stimulate work enthusiasm.关键词
