基于结构方程模型的门诊管理者胜任力模型研究
The competency model of outpatient managers based on structural equation modeling

Abstract
Objective To construct and validate a competency model for outpatient managers and to ana-lyze the influencing factors and underlying mechanisms of competence.Methods A revised Health Service Man-agement Competency Scale was used to conduct an online questionnaire survey in Zhejiang Province from April to May 2024.The reliability and validity of the scale were verified,competency scores of outpatient managers were e-valuated,multiple regression analysis was applied to identify influencing factors of competency,and a structural e-quation model was developed to construct the theoretical competency model.Results The overall mean competen-cy score of the respondents was 4.13±1.14.Communication and Relationship Management scored the highest,while Professional Knowledge scored the lowest.Age,weekly outpatient management hours,education level,and hospital grade were influencing factors for management competence(P＜0.05).Structural equation modeling re-sults showed that administration,resources,and operations management(β=0.20,95％CI=0.08～0.35),pro-fessional knowledge(β=0.30,95％CI=0.15～0.46),and communication and relationship management(β=0.45,95％CI=0.29～0.59)had significant direct positive effects on Leadership and Change.Conclusions This study establishes a competency model for outpatient managers,which can provide quality standards and evalu-ation references for the selection and training of outpatient management professionals,and further deepens the theo-retical understanding of the intrinsic structure of competencies in healthcare management.关键词
