基层口腔医疗机构放射诊疗卫生防护现状分析
Radiation protection practices in primary-level oral healthcare institutions:A case study of Wuhu City

Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the current status of radiation protection in dental diag-nostic imaging at primary-level oral healthcare institutions in Wuhu City,to identify issues,and to propose im-provement measures.Methods From October to December 2024,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on awareness of medical radiation exposure risks among 177 primary-level oral healthcare institutions in Wuhu City.A convenience sampling method was used to select 52 institutions for investigation into their current radiation protec-tion practices.Results To control operational costs,approximately 62.6％of radiation personnel were concur-rently employed as dental practitioners.Respondents primarily consisted of specialized and undergraduate person-nel with relevant medical education,with 91.6％under 40 years old.The 52 selected primary-level dental institu-tions all met national hardware standards.However,deficiencies were identified in patient protection,including weak awareness of protective measures and non-standardized use and management of protective equipment.Con-clusions Future efforts should focus on strengthening health education regarding radiation risks and protective measures.Enhanced regulatory oversight is necessary to optimize radiation diagnostic protection protocols,thereby standardizing radiation safety practices in primary-level dental institutions.关键词
