收缩型城市文化养老困境与需求研究
Community-embedded cultural elderly care in shrinking cities:Dilemmas and needs

Abstract
Objective To describe the dilemmas and needs of elderly care in shrinking cities,to con-struct a theoretical model and to analyze the action pathways,providing scientific evidence for relevant service de-partments to optimize the service quality of this group.Methods Qualitative research methods were employed to conduct semi-structured interviews among 25 older adults in shrinking cities selected by purposive sampling be-tween February and March 2024.Data were analyzed using content analysis,with categories systematically identi-fied through inductive approaches.Results After analysis,five categories and eight themes were refined based on a comprehensive improvement strategy at five levels:intelligence,society,community,family and individual.A-mong them,meeting the individualized needs of the elderly population and making full use of intelligent technolo-gies brought opportunities to the elderly care services in shrinking cities,and improving the overall efficiency and quality of elderly care services was worthy of attention.Conclusions This study emphasizes the unique strengths and applicability of the community-embedded elderly care model,proposes further optimization and improvement strategies,and summarizes the pathways for promoting this model,thus succeeding in exploring a sustainable de-velopment path suitable for shrinking cities.关键词
