山东大蒜产业发展现状及对策建议
Development Status and Countermeasures of Shandong's Garlic Industry
摘要
Abstract
Shandong is a major garlic-producing province in China,with both its garlic cultivation area and export volume ranking among the highest nationwide.However,the industry faces several constraints,including delayed cultivar renewal,declining farmland quality,a low level of agricultural mechanization,limited capacity for deep processing,and insufficient digital development.To promote the high-quality development of the garlic industry in Shandong Province,coordinated and targeted measures should be taken in key areas.These include strengthening the breeding and propagation of improved cultivars,improving and remediating farmland soils,promoting the integration of agricultural machinery with agronomic practices,expanding capacity for deep processing,and enhancing digital infrastructure and information services.关键词
