摘要
Abstract
To overcome the obstacles hindering the upgrading of distinctive agricultural industries, this study systematically examines the evolutionary trajectory and current status of the broccoli industry in Linhai City,Zhejiang Province. The sector faces multiple constraints—including varietal deficiencies, mechanization shortfalls in transplanting and harvesting, limited deep-processing capacity, underutilized stem-and-leaf residues, weak brand valuation, organizational fragmentation, talent shortages, and policy gaps—among which the mechanization gap proves the most formidable bottleneck. In response, this paper proposes a multipronged upgrade framework that encompasses:promoting mechanization-adapted varietal innovation;establishing an R&D consortium to tackle mechanization constraints;extending the value-added processing chain;optimizing waste recycling systems;implementing brand-enhancement strategies;building closely aligned benefit-sharing mechanisms;strengthening local talent cultivation;and refining policy instruments.Collectively, these strategies are intended to steer the industry toward a greener, more mechanized, and higher-value development path, thereby offering practical insights for improving the quality and efficiency of regional specialty agriculture, fostering high-quality agricultural growth, and supporting rural revitalization.关键词
