Abstract
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of different microbial preparations on growth performance,serum immune indexes and intestinal microflora in Sunzhi chickens.A total of 600 Sunzhi chickens were randomly allocated into 4 experimental groups,namely the CON,CB,BS,and CPP groups,with each group consisting of 10 replicates and 15 chickens in each replicate.The complete duration of this feeding experiment reached 120 days.The findings of the study indicated the following:(1)Relative to the control treatment group,the average daily weight gain of the experimental chickens in the CPP supplemented group was observably elevated by 8.79％,whereas the feed conversion ratio was remarkably reduced by 5.50％(P<0.05).(2)Meanwhile,the contents of serum TP,GLB and IgG in BS and CPP groups were significantly elevated,and TNF-α content was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Moreover,the CPP group had higher serum IgM levels and lower IL-1β levels than the other three groups(P<0.05).(3)The cecal microbial populations of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in the CPP group were notably reduced,while the Lactobacillus population was significantly elevated(P<0.05).In conclusion,four-strain compound probiotics show the optimal effects on growth promotion,immunity enhancement and intestinal microflora regulation in Sunzhi chickens.关键词
