味觉系统在鸡摄食行为调控中的作用研究进展
Advances in the study of the role of the gustatory system in the regulation of feeding behavior in chickens
摘要
Abstract
Feeding behavior is an inherent instinctive behavior of animals,through which animals take nutrients from the external environment to maintain their metabolism and life activities.Taste system plays a key role in food selection,nutrient intake and defense.The taste system of chickens possesses corresponding receptors for bitter,fresh,sour,calcium-derived substances,and for the perception of fatty acids,while the perception of carbohydrates follows a pathway that does not dependent on sweetness receptors.Meanwhile,these taste perceptions can play a certain role in regulating the feeding behavior of chickens.Therefore,this article reviewed recent domestic and international research progress on the role of the chicken taste system in regulating chicken feeding behavior,with the aim of providing theoretical reference for optimizing feed formulations in animal husbandry production.关键词
