辐照技术在动物饲料中的应用研究进展
Recent advances and applications of irradiation technology in animal feed
摘要
Abstract
Animal feed is rich in various nutrients and serves as the material basis for animal farming.However,it is vulnerable to damage by storage pests,contamination by molds and their metabolites,and the presence of anti-nutritional factors that can reduce feed utilization efficiency.Irradiation processing has significant advantages over traditional technologies in ensuring feed safety and has been applied in the industry.This paper reviewd research progress on the use of irradiation technology for sterilization,insect control,the degradation of harmful substances in feed,and the characteristics of irradiated feed.It also discussed future development trends of feed irradiation technology.This paper aimed to provide a reference for the application of irradiation technology in the animal feed industry.关键词
