蛋鸡肠道乳酸杆菌的筛选及其生物学特性研究
Screening and biological characteristics of Lactobacilli from the intestine of laying hens

Abstract
In order to screen Lactobacillus from laying hens with excellent probiotic properties,this experiment using the intestinal contents of healthy laying hens as samples,strains were isolated and purified through selective culture medium,and identified through morphological observation,physiological and biochemical experiments,and 16S rRNA molecular biology;Through antibacterial tests,bile salt tolerance,acid resistance,and heat resistance tests,high-quality bacterial strains were further screened,and their growth and acid production curves were analyzed.The results showed that fifteen strains of Lactobacillus were isolated and identified as Lactobacillus kitasatonis,Lactobacillus crispatus,Limosilactobacillus ingluviei,and Lactobacillus salivarius,which were associated with saliva hosts.Among them,strain NN9(Lactobacillus crispus)had a survival rate of 68.57％after 6 hours of cultivation in 0.3％bile salt,and had significant inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli[inhibition zone(16.56±1.62)mm]and Salmonella[(15.11±0.52)mm].In summary,the NN9 strain of curly Lactobacillus can be used for the development of probiotic preparations specifically for laying hens.关键词
