Establishment and evaluation methods of animal models of endometriosis
摘要
Abstract
Endometriosis(EMS)represents a prevalent gynecological disorder capable of inducing pelvic pain and infertility. There has been an upward trend in the incidence of endometriosis in recent years.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has demonstrated extensive clinical experience in treating endometriosis, with advantages such as minimal side effects and a reduced recurrence rate.It is important to establish an animal model of endometriosis with the dual characteristics of disease and TCM syndromes to support its further study. This review presents the preparation method and evaluation indexes of animal models of the common syndromes of endometriosis, such as qi stagnation and blood stasis type, cold coagulation and blood stasis type, kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,qi deficiency and blood stasis type, and heat burning and blood stasis type. The aim is to provide a theoretical foundation for subsequent syndrome-differentiation and treatment in TCM clinical practice.关键词
