Impact of abnormal lipid metabolism on tumors and targeted lipid metabolism therapy
摘要
Abstract
Lipid metabolic dysfunction is a critical driver of malignant progression of tumor,immune evasion,and therapeutic resistance.This review systematically delineates the multifaceted mechanisms of lipid metabolic reprogramming in promoting cancer,suppressing immunity,and managing drug resistance,and summarizes therapeutic strategies targeting key points of lipid metabolism.A deeper understanding of lipid metabolic regulatory networks may offer new ideas for overcoming treatment resistance and achieving precision treatment of tumors.关键词
