Innovation in lipid detection:insights"beyond the routine"
摘要
Abstract
Abnormal lipid metabolism is closely associated with the occurrence and progression of systemic diseases including metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease,cardiovascular diseases,and tumors.Conventional clinical lipid detection focuses on limited indicators such as total cholesterol(TC)and triglycerides(TG),which are far from meeting the clinical requirements for disease risk stratification,precise diagnosis and treatment,and prognostic evaluation in the era of precision medicine.This paper systematically reviews the innovative evolution of lipid detection technologies from conventional quantification to high-coverage quantification,trace analysis,spatial localization and single-cell resolution.It highlights the technical advantages and research progress of cutting-edge technologies including high-coverage lipidomics,spatial lipidomics,and single-cell lipidomics,and demonstrates in depth the application value of innovative lipid detection technologies in the screening of disease-specific biomarkers,elucidation of pathogenic molecular mechanisms,and formulation of individualized therapeutic regimens.This review is intended to provide theoretical reference and practical basis for promoting the clinical translation and practical application of lipid detection technologies.关键词
