摘要
Abstract
The core of lipid metabolism disorder-related diseases lies in imbalance of energy metabolism,which is characterized by disordered substrate utilization and reduced metabolic flexibility.As one of the"gold standards"for measuring energy metabolism,the human metabolic chamber enables precise assessment of energy expenditure through indirect calorimetry and is being transformed from a research tool into a platform for clinical precision diagnosis and treatment.This review focuses on the profound value of metabolic chambers in elucidating the mechanisms underlying lipid metabolism abnormalities,reconstructing diagnostic dimensions of disease,and guiding individualized interventions.It also highlights the necessity of promoting the clinical application of indirect calorimetry and establishing metabolic measurement standards for the Chinese population.With the development of intelligent metabolic chamber platfor.关键词
