基层医疗卫生机构口腔医疗服务供给现状调查分析
Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of Oral Medical Service Provision in Primary Healthcare Institu-tions

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the current status and problems of oral health service provision in Chinese primary medical institutions,and provide evidence for improving primary oral health services.Methods From September to October 2025,a strati-fied sampling survey was conducted among 6,528 primary medical institutions in 6 provinces.Data on department establishment,personnel allocation,service provision types and volume were collected and analyzed using chi-square test,nonparametric tests,ANOVA and binary logistic regression.Results The establishment rate of oral department was 40.64％,with significantly regional and urban-rural disparities.Only 35.60％of institutions were equipped with licensed(assistant)dentists,and 20.40％had in-termediate or higher-level dentists,which was only 8.06％in western regions.Basic oral services were dominated by basic treat-ments and conventional technical operation,while preventive and restorative services were insufficient.Binary logistic regression showed that region,institution type,number of health technicians and actual open beds all had significant impacts on the estab-lishment of dental departments.Conclusion Primary oral health services have made initial progress,in which many institutions have achieved breakthrough,but there still have many problems,such as shortages of medium and senior professional talents,sin-gle service structure and uneven regional development.Strategies should be taken to optimize resource allocation,strengthen talent training and improve service capacity and accessibility,which can improve the construction of Healthy China.关键词
