不同比例花椒枝屑对3个平菇品种生长和品质的影响
Effects of different proportions of Chinese prickly ash branch on the growth and quality of three Pleurotus ostreatus varieties

Abstract
In order to screen suitable varieties and substrate formulations on Chinese prickly ash branch for cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus.Three strains(Xiafu No.2,Daye 39 and Zaoqiu 615)were used as tested materials.Different propor-tions of Chinese prickly ash branch treatment(0%,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%)were set for each strain.Control group(CK)was pure corncob.Mycelium growth,agronomic traits of fruiting bodies,yield and nutritional quality of three Pleu-rotus ostreatus varieties under different proportions of Chinese prickly ash branch treatments were determined.Correla-tion analysis,principal component analysis and membership function method were employed for comprehensive evalua-tion of growth and quality.The results showed that three Pleurotus ostreatus varieties could grow and fruit under all the treatments,with significant differences among strains across treatments.The low proportions of Chinese prickly ash branch(T1,T2)promoted faster mycelium growth,the mycelial vigor rating was medium,the mycelium run-through time and the time from inoculation to first harvest were shorter.The high proportions of Chinese prickly ash branch(T3 to T5)slowed mycelial growth,with the mycelial vigor rating was weaker.The mycelium run-through time and the time from in-oculation to first harvest were longer.Comprehensive evaluation by principal component analysis and the membership function method showed that Xiafu No.2 exhibited the best overall performance under T1(20%Chinese prickly ash branch+80%corncob)and CK tests,while Daye 39 and Zaoqiu 615 both performed best under T2(40%Chinese prickly ash branch+60%corncob).In conclusion,T2 can be recommended as a suitable substrate formulation for cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus(Daye 39 and Zaoqiu 615)using Chinese prickly ash branch.These findings provide a foundation for the resource utilization of Chinese prickly ash branch and the high-quality cultivation of P.ostreatus.关键词
