Abstract
From 2005 to 2025,evidence-based pediatrics in China has undergone a developmental trajectory from conceptual introduction to systematic framework establishment.A number of diagnostic and therapeutic consensuses and standard systems tailored to Chinese pediatric populations have been preliminarily established.However,the field still faces prominent challenges,including heterogeneous quality of clinical research evidence,suboptimal methodological implementation,and a marked scarcity of evidence to pediatric specific populations.This review summarizes the phased evolutionary stages,core advances,representative clinical practices,and disciplinary consensus over the past two decades in this field,and draws upon international frontline trends to inform future pathways and directions.关键词
