Abstract
Evidence-based medicine(EBM)was introduced to China three decades ago,achieving a transition from concept adoption to autonomous development.It has since become a core component of clinical medicine and expanded into multiple fields,giving rise to various branch disciplines.International collaboration platforms,including the Cochrane China Network and GRADE centers,have been established domestically.As a key vehicle for translating evidence into practice,clinical practice guidelines are of profound significance.China Clinical Practice Guideline Alliance(GUIDANCE),established in 2021,adheres to standardized methodology,has produced numerous high-quality guidelines,and has constructed a cyclic development system encompassing the full lifecycle of guidelines.The methodological framework of EBM continues to evolve,with artificial intelligence beginning to be applied in guideline development;however,relevant methodological standards remain to be established.Moving forward,it is essential to incorporate patient perspectives,proactively respond to technological transformations,and ultimately remain committed to improving clinical outcomes for patients.关键词
