Abstract
In April 2026,an updated international definition of cerebral palsy was published in Developmental Medicine&Child Neurology,placing greater emphasis on holism and inclusivity and reflecting a profound shift from the biomedical model toward a biopsychosocial model and a rights-based perspective.The article provides an in-depth interpretation of the core concepts of the new definition and the annotations of 26 specific terms,to facilitate a clearer,more inclusive,and comprehensive understanding of the definition,and to offer important concepts and directions for clinical practice in cerebral palsy rehabilitation,the construction of service systems,and public awareness in China.关键词
