Abstract
Acute urticaria(AU)is a prevalent dermatological disorder in children,characterized by an acute onset and often intense pruritus,which impairs the quality of life of affected children.Currently,there is no unified clinical guideline or expert consensus for pediatric AU in China.Clinical management is predominantly derived from adult urticaria guidelines and individual expert experience,resulting in a lack of standardized guidance.To support clinical practice and standardize diagnostic and therapeutic approaches,the Pediatric Allergy Professional Committee of the Chinese Maternal and Child Health Association has developed"Expert Consensus on Diagnosis,Treatment and Management of Acute Urticaria in Children in China(2026 Edition)".This consensus was established through multiple rounds of Delphi surveys and a systematic review of domestic and international literature,formulating evidence-based recommendations on core clinical issues including the definition,etiology,laboratory investigations,differential diagnosis,severity assessment,and treatment of AU,with the goal of consolidating an authoritative expert consensus for pediatric AU.This article provides an interpretation of this expert consensus.关键词
