Abstract
Chronic urticaria(CU)is a common childhood dermatosis with long lasting,relapsing manifestations,which greatly impairs children's quality of life and physical mental development.There is a lack of specific consensus for pediatric CU in China,and clinical practice often follows adult criteria or individual experience,leading to non-standard care.Based on latest evidence and domestic practice,the Pediatric Allergy Professional Committee of China Maternal and Child Health Association developed the"Expert Consensus on Diagnosis,Treatment and Management of Chronic Urticaria in Children in China(2026 Edition)".Recommendations were formulated around 12 core clinical questions.This consensus innovatively establishes a"warning signal driven"differential diagnosis system,and classifies chronic spontaneous urticaria into type Ⅰ autoallergic and type Ⅱ b autoimmune subtypes for precise therapy.It is the first domestic consensus to discourage first generation antihistamines and combination of multiple second generation antihistamines,and incorporates traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiated therapy as well as graded vaccination strategies.It promotes the paradigm shift from empirical treatment to precision target oriented management for pediatric CU and offers standardized references for clinicians.This article interprets key points of the consensus.关键词
