Developments and frontiers in neuropharmacology
摘要
Abstract
Neuropharmacology focuses on the interactions be-tween exogenous active substances and the nervous system,pro-viding essential foundations for the diagnosis and treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders.This review traces the development of this field,elucidating research advances from neurotrans mitter-based mechanisms to precision targets and translational medicine.It further explores therapeutic breakthroughs in neu-rodegenerative and psychiatric disorders.Addressing challen ges such as mechanistic complexity,the blood-brain barrier and individual variability,the review proposes innovative directions for multidisciplinary integration,precision regulation and per-sonalized treatment.关键词
