天然产物抑制TLR4/NF-κB信号通路抗肝纤维化的研究进展
Research progress on natural products inhibiting TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway against liver fibrosis
摘要
Abstract
Hepatic fibrosis is a pathological outcome of abnor-mal activation of hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)and excessive de-position of extracellular matrix(ECM)during the repair process of chronic liver injury.Its core mechanism involves the TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway.Natural products can exert anti-fibrotic effects by regulating the TLR4/NF-κB signaling path-way.This article reviews the research progress of natural prod-ucts in inhibiting the TLR4/NF-κB pathway to prevent liver fi-brosis.Meanwhile,it also discusses the prospects and chal-lenges of natural products in clinical application,providing ref-erences for future research on anti-fibrotic drugs and the devel-opment of new hepatoprotective agents.关键词
