Abstract
Pulsed field ablation(PFA)has been an importantly innovative technique in the field of AF ablation.Currently,iterations of PFA devices are rapidly,which have numerous brands and models in China.There are significant differences in parameters of pulse,configurations of catheter,coverage of indications,operational processes,and value of health economics among different devices.However,medical institutions generally lack a unified,scientific,and practical system to select devices,and assess comprehensive value of devices,which lead to difficultly realize standardized access and refined management.The Application Evaluation Branch of the China Association of Medical Equipment organized experts from multiple fields,including cardiovascular clinical practice,engineering technology,health economics,and hospital management,to formulate the"Expert consensus on assessment for comprehensive value of pulsed field ablation for heart in treating atrial fibrillation".This consensus firstly constructed an assessment framework with 4 dimensions for PFA comprehensive value,which covered clinical value,economic value,value of patients,and value of management.It clarified key assessment indicators,scoring standards and decision-making processes,and highlighted structured,quantifiable,and operable core features.It also took into account both technological innovation and clinical practicality,and synchronously proposed a dynamic mechanism for management and update.The aim of this consensus is to provide scientific basis for medical institutions of all levels in conducting access,selection,procurement,usage evaluation,and full life cycle management for PFA devices.关键词
