产教融合背景下制药企业见习融入药物分析实验课程探讨
Exploration on Integrating Pharmaceutical Enterprise Internship into Pharmaceutical Analysis Experiment Course Under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

Abstract
Objective To investigate a new pathway for cultivating high-quality applied pharmaceutical talents under the background of industry-education integration.Methods Based on the concept of industry-education integration,a four-in-one teaching model of ″theoretical learning-on-campus experiment-enterprise internship-reflection and improvement″ was constructed.Through school-enterprise collaboration,a real case database was established,a digital resource platform was established,the progressive course modules of ″ basic-comprehensive-innovative″ were restructured,and a process evaluation system was established.A full-cycle teaching practice was implemented in the teaching of the pharmaceutical analysis experiment course.Results The teaching integration of real enterprise work scenarios,such as Good Manufacturing Practice and out-of-specification/out-of-trend result investigations,was achieved through the model;the scope of practical teaching was expanded by the digital resource library;students'improvement in knowledge integration,operational standardization,and problem-solving were comprehensively reflected in the diversified evaluation system,and the gap between classroom teaching and job requirements was effectively narrowed.Conclusion Deeply embedding pharmaceutical enterprise internships into the pharmaceutical analysis experiment course can achieve an organic unity of theoretical learning and industrial practice,significantly enhance students'comprehensive application abilities and professional identity,and provide a replicable paradigm for practical teaching reform in pharmaceutical majors.关键词
