江苏省南通市崇川区医务人员药品不良反应报告KAP现状多中心横断面研究
A Multicenter Cross-Sectional Study on the Current KAP Status of Adverse Drug Reactions Reporting Among Medical Staff in Chongchuan District,Nantong City,Jiangsu Province

Abstract
Objective To understand the knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)situation of adverse drug reaction(ADR)reportring among medical staff in local tertiary hospitals and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A multicenter cross-sectional study was conducted on medical staff(physicians,nurses,and pharmacists)from four tertiary hospitals in Chongchuan District,Nantong City,Jiangsu Province from March to June 2024.A predictive questionnaire survey was conducted on self-administered among medical staff,and descriptive statistics were used to summarize the data.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to identify the influencing factors of ADR reporting practice.Results A total of 362 questionnaires were distributed,and 307 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective response rate of 84.81%.The study participants were mainly nurses(190,61.89%).58.31%of medical staff had insufficient knowledge of ADR reporting.Most(59.93%)medical staff held a positive attitude,while a minority(32.17%)had good ADR reporting practices.Insufficient knowledge[adjusted OR=2.63,95%CI(1.26,5.45),P=0.01]and non-participation in ADR reporting training[adjusted OR=7.31,95%CI(3.42,15.62),P<0.001]were significantly negatively correlated with ADR reporting practice,while longer work experience(≥10 years)[adjusted OR=0.36,95%CI(0.13,0.97),P=0.04]was significantly positively correlated with ADR reporting practice.Conclusion Most medical stuff in the region have poor knowledge and practice of ADR reporting,but their attitude towards reporting is positive.Insufficient knowledge,shorter work experience,and lack of training are related to poor ADR reporting practices.Therefore,strategies should be implemented to improve ADR reporting knowledge and practice,especially for untrained and inexperienced medical stuff.关键词
