以成果导向型教育理念为导向的调剂药师继续教育规范化培训体系构建探索
Exploration on Constructing a Standardized Training System for Continuing Education of Dispensing Pharmacists Guided by the OBE Concept

Abstract
Objective To investigate the reform path of the standardized training system for continuing education of dispensing pharmacists.Methods Guided by the Outcomes-Based Education(OBE)concept,the reform was implemented by the Department of Pharmacy in three aspects:multidimensional training content,training formats,and assessment methods.Before and after the implementation of the reform,50 teachers and trainees participating in the training program were randomly selected,and satisfaction questionnaire surveys were conducted among them.Results A standardized training system for continuing education of dispensing pharmacists was preliminarily established,featuring high relevance to practical work,strong participant engagement,and objective and comprehensive evaluation;a self-directed learning software platform integrating multiple functions such as inquiry,learning,practice,and assessment was also developed.The satisfaction survey showed that after the reform,the overall satisfaction of teachers and trainees with the training system increased from 82.00%to 100.00%.Conclusion The reform of the standardized training system for continuing education of dispensing pharmacists based on the OBE concept can effectively enhance the comprehensive abilities and training satisfaction of dispensing pharmacists,lay foundation for accelerating the transformation of pharmaceutical services,and provide reference for other medical institutions in China.关键词
