中医临床实践指南数字化建设的路径探讨
Exploration on pathways for the digitalization of clinical practice guidelines for traditional Chinese medicine

Abstract
In recent years,although the formulation and application of clinical practice guidelines(CPG)for traditional Chinese medicine have made significant progress,they still face problems such as lagging updates,significant regional differences,and insufficient implementation.Under the strong promotion of national policies,the digitization of traditional Chinese medicine standards is regarded as an important path to solve current problems.This article systematically explores the core paths of digital transformation of CPG for traditional Chinese medicine,including key steps such as determining the scope of topics based on artificial intelligence technology,forming expert consensus,and optimizing system evaluation.Research has shown that the application of cutting-edge technologies such as structural topic modeling,graph machine learning,multi-perspective data feature selection methods,and aspect level sentiment classification tasks provides effective means for improving the efficiency,updating patterns,and scientificity of CPG for traditional Chinese medicine.At the same time,the innovative application of question answering artificial intelligence and large language models in system evaluation has further shortened the development cycle of guidelines,improved the standardization and practical value of guidelines,and is expected to open up new feasible directions for the digital transformation of CPG for traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
