Understanding on essence of yin and yang six diseases in Shanghan Lun
摘要
Abstract
The six diseases of the three yin and three yang in the Shanghan Lun represent a method of yin-yang determination for exogenous diseases,developed through the application of qualitative-quantitative yin-yang analysis within the contextual framework of related Zang-Fu organ and meridian knowledge.These specifically denote six syndrome patterns of exogenous diseases,rather than referring to pathologies of the three yin and three yang Zang-Fu organs and meridians themselves,nor to the corresponding meridians and organs.The presence or absence of aversion to cold and fever serves as the primary diagnostic criterion for differentiating the three yin and three yang syndromes.关键词
