Essence clarification of'six exogenous pathogenic factors' under the principle of self-organization
摘要
Abstract
This paper offers a new interpretation of the nature of the'six exogenous pathogenic factors' based on the principles of self-organization,and further explores the associated mechanisms of disease onset and recovery.As an open self-organizing system,the human body maintains an ordered and healthy state by exchanging matter,energy,and information with the natural environment to obtain a'negative entropy flow'.Invasion by the six exogenous pathogens disrupts this exchange balance,inducing a'positive entropy flow'and abnormal fluctuations,when pathological disturbances exceed the body's self-organizing regulatory capacity,disease ensues.In terms of recovery,conforming to the rhythms of the four seasons facilitates self-organizational repair,adopting tendency-following interventions triggers positive fluctuations,and the synergistic interaction of five-phase generation and restraint can restore the ordered state of the zang-fu organs.From an interdisciplinary perspective,this study provides an innovative explanation of the'six exogenous pathogenic factors' in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),aiming to deepen the understanding of TCM etiology and pathogenesis,offer theoretical foundations for clinically regulating the body's self-organizing functions to prevent and treat diseases caused by the six exogenous pathogens,and further advance both TCM clinical practice and theoretical development.关键词
