论"兼化"

摘要
Abstract
'Jianhua'was first proposed by LIU Wansu,a doctor in the Jin and Yuan dynasties.It is an original concept of traditional Chinese medicine and a common pathogenesis in the occurrence and development of many diseases.'Jianhua'has many meanings,such as the changes arising from mutual concurrence and transformation through annexation.Among them,the changes arising from mutual concurrence are caused by the hyperactivity of the original qi,which mainly includes three types:the same phase,the different phase,and the restriction and control.The treatment should be'purging the excessive qi';Transformation via mutual assimilation of qi is caused by the lack of capital qi.It refers to the phenomenon that when the capital qi is less than the capital gas,it is merged and assimilated by the gas that is less than the capital qi.It is advisable to treat and supplement the qi that is less than the capital qi,and give consideration to the qi of both concurrent and coordinated transformation.Concurrent pathogenesis is a further innovation of the traditional theory of Jianhua,emphasizing the transformation patterns of concurrent pathogenesis in the whole process of the occurrence and development of the disease under the basic pathogenesis.The inheritance and innovative application of the Jianhua theory is expected to enlighten the diagnosis and treatment ideas for solving all kinds of refractory and complex diseases in contemporary Chinese medicine,and effectively improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
