基于脏腑络探析背俞穴功能
Analysis of the functions of back-shu points based on the theory of visceral collaterals

Abstract
Back-shu points,as key acupoints where the qi of the zang-fu organs is transported to the lumbodorsal region,have formed a relatively independent diagnosis and treatment system in both ancient and modern clinical practice.They are remarkably effective in treating a variety of diseases related to the zang-fu organs,five body constituents,five sense organs,and nine orifices.However,current understanding is largely based on courses of the meridian,and relevant theoretical annotations remain insufficiently detailed.Furthermore,interpretations from the modern medical neural perspective have limited the full exploitation of their therapeutic value.Closely associated with the zang-fu organs,visceral collaterals constitute a collateral system formed by the inward deep extension of zang-fu organs and meridians.By tracing the origin of the concept of visceral collaterals and analyzing its characteristics,this paper explores the relationship between visceral collaterals and back-shu points in depth,from aspects such as qi and blood transportation,nutrient qi and defensive qi circulation,body fluid and blood transformation,as well as their connections with five sense organs,nine orifices,the five spirits,and five emotions.It proposes that visceral collaterals highlight the horizontal connection between internal zang-fu organs and superficial back-shu points,providing a material basis for the direct transmission of zang-fu organs qi and blood to the back.关键词
