静息态fMRI对阿尔茨海默病与轻度认知障碍的鉴别诊断
Differential diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease and mild cognitive impairment by resting-state fMRI

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of resting-state fMRI in differentiating Alzheimer's disease(AD)from mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on resting-state fMRI data from 60 participants obtained from the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative(ADNI),including 20 AD patients,20 MCI patients,and 20 healthy controls.All images were preprocessed,and the metrics including regional homogeneity(ReHo),amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation(ALFF),fractional ALFF(fALFF),binarized degree centrality(DC),weighted DC were calculated.The differences of these metrics among the three groups were compared,and the brain regions with statistically significant differences were recorded.Results:Compared with the healthy control group,the AD group exhibited widespread reductions in ReHo,ALFF,fALFF,and DC values across multiple brain regions,while showing increased ALFF values in the right thalamus and caudate nucleus,as well as elevated fALFF values in the left temporal lobe and right frontal lobe.In the MCI group,increased ReHo value was observed in the left middle frontal gyrus,increased ALFF values in the left cerebellum and right inferior parietal gyrus,and increased DC value in the right superior temporal gyrus.The AD group demonstrated more extensive involvement of brain regions and more pronounced alterations in functional indicators compared to the MCI group.Conclusions:Multimodal resting-state fMRI metrics can effectively distinguish alterations in brain functional activity among AD,MCI,and healthy individuals.关键词
