舌下腺DeVita超声评分法对干燥综合征的诊断价值
Diagnostic value of DeVita ultrasound scoring method for sublingual gland in patients with Sjögren's syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of the DeVita ultrasound scoring method for sublingual glands in the diagnosis of Sjögren's syndrome(SS).Methods:Eighty-one SS patients(SS group)and 81 healthy individuals undergoing physical examination(control group)were enrolled.High-frequency ultrasound was performed to scan the sublingual glands,and semi-quantitative evaluation was conducted using the DeVita scoring system.Ultrasonographic features were compared between the two groups.Logistic regression analysis was used to identify independent influencing factors for SS,and ROC curves were plotted to assess the diagnostic performance of each ultrasound parameter.Results:The DeVita score,gland thickness,and the scores of echo,hyperechoic area size,hyperechoic line and blood flow of the sublingual glands were significantly higher in SS group than those in the control group(all P<0.001).Multivariate logistic analysis indicated that the DeVita score and the scores of echo,hyperechoic area size and hyperechoic line were the independent influencing factors for SS(all P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the DeVita score achieved an AUC of 0.868 for diagnosing SS,with an optimal cutoff value of≥1 point,a sensitivity of 87.7%and a specificity of 81.5%.The hyperechoic line score exhibited the highest diagnostic performance(AUC=0.876).Conclusion:The DeVita ultrasound scoring method for the sublingual gland demonstrates good diagnostic value for SS and can serve as an auxiliary imaging tool in clinical diagnosis.关键词
