基于生物力学参数评估银质针导热疗法治疗颈部肌筋膜疼痛综合征的疗效
Evaluating the Efficacy of Silver Needle Thermocoagulation Therapy for Cervical Myofascial Pain Syndrome Based on Biomechanical Parameters

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of silver needle thermal conduction therapy for cervical myofascial pain syn-drome(MPS)using biomechanical parameters.Methods:Seventy-two patients were randomly assigned to either the exper-imental group or the control group,with 36 patients in each group.The control group received exercise therapy.The ex-perimental group received silver needle thermal conduction therapy,administered once per week for a total of three ses-sions.The simplified McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)scores and the biomechanical parameters(soft tissue tension,stiffness,and elasticity at bilateral Fengchi(GB20),Jingbailao(EX-HN15),and Jianzhongshu(SI15)acupoints,as well as Young's modulus at the Jingbailao(EX-HN15)acupoint)were recorded before and after the intervention in both groups.Results:No statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups in terms of gender,age,body mass index(BMI),or SF-MPQ scores before the intervention(P＞0.05).In the control group,no significant improvements were found in pain scores,cervical soft tissue tension,stiffness,or elasticity after the intervention compared with baseline(P＞0.05).In the experimental group,significant reductions were observed in pain scores,muscle tension,stiffness,and Young's modulus after the intervention compared to baseline(P＜0.05),while muscle elasticity showed a decreasing trend,though the change was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Silver needle thermal conduction therapy can effectively relieve pathological muscle contrac-ture at the lesion sites in patients with cervical MPS,reduce muscle tension and stiffness,and improve clinical symptoms.关键词
