龟鹿二仙汤治疗肾精亏虚型绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效观察
A Clinical Study of Guilu Erxian Decoction for Postmenopausal Osteoporosis of Kidney Essence Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the short-term add-on effects of Guilu Erxian decoction(GED)combined with alendr-onate in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)and kidney-essence deficiency syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly assigned to a control group or an intervention group(30 per group).Both groups received oral alendronate(70 mg once weekly),and the intervention group additionally received GED twice daily for 2 months.Fifty-six patients were included in the final analysis(intervention,n=29;control,n=27).Pain,disability,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,bone mineral density(BMD),bone turnover markers,inflammatory cytokines,and physical performance were assessed before and after treat-ment.Results:After 2 months,VAS scores,ODI scores,and TCM syndrome scores decreased,whereas POMA scores and 30 s chair stand test(30 s CST)repetitions increased in both groups.Improvements in the intervention group were greater than those in the control group(all P＜0.05).PINP and β-CTX decreased significantly in the intervention group and were lower than in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).IL-17,IL-6,and IL-1β decreased in both groups,with greater reductions in the intervention group(P＜0.05).No significant within-or between-group differences were observed in lum-bar spine or femoral neck BMD(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Adding GED to alendronate provided short-term benefits,inclu-ding improvements in symptoms and physical function and reductions in bone turnover and inflammatory markers,in PMOP patients with kidney-essence deficiency syndrome.Benefits for BMD and long-term clinical outcomes require con-firmation with longer treatment and follow-up.关键词
