基于数据挖掘的《温病条辨》辛味药用药规律
Medication Law of Pungent Drugs in Wenbing Tiaobian Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To explore the core drug combinations and compatibility patterns of pungent drugs in Wenbing Tiaobian for treating warm pathogen diseases;To provide references for subsequent research.Methods This study systematically collected formulas containing pungent drugs from Wenbing Tiaobian.Using Excel2024 and the TCMICS 3.5,frequency statistics,property,taste and meridian tropism analysis and association rule mining on extracted herbal data were conducted to identify core drug combinations.Results A total of 74 prescriptions were included,containing 44 kinds of pungent drugs,with a frequency of 264 times,predominantly with pungent-warm(133 times)and pungent-cold(89 times)properties,with pungent-bitter combinations being the most common(115 times).Four core drug combinations were identified,ranked by frequency:Anemarrhenae Rhizoma→Gypsum Fibrosum,Menthae Haplocalycis Herba→Platycodonis Radix,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium+Poriae Cutis→Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex,Pinelliae Rhizoma+Aurantii Fructus Immaturus→Coptidis Rhizoma.Conclusion In Wenbing Tiaobian,pungent herbs primarily employ penetrating pathogens and clearing heat for upper-jiao diseases,utilize pungent-bitter descending action and dampness-resolving mechanisms for middle-jiao diseases,and combine purgative and tonifying effects for lower-jiao diseases,reflecting a therapeutic philosophy of adapting to disease patterns and providing pathways for pathogen elimination.关键词
