Exploration on the Medication Law of Ye Tianshi in Treating Hepatobiliary Diseases Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To systematically explore the medication law,compatibility logic and academic thoughts of Ye Tianshi in the treatment of hepatobiliary diseases based on data mining technology;To provide references for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 469 medical records and prescriptions for hepatobiliary diseases were selected from Cases Records as a Guide to Clinical Practice and Xu Lin Zheng Zhi Nan Yi An.Excel 2003 was used for frequency statistics,SPSS Modeler 14.1 software for drug association analysis and complex network analysis,SPSS Statistics 25.0 software for clustering analysis,and Gephi 0.10.1 software for drawing complex network diagrams.Results A total of 469 prescriptions and 281 kinds of Chinese materia medica were involved.The top 3 drugs in terms of usage frequency were Poria,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Rehmannine Radix,among which tonic drugs accounted for the highest proportion;the properties of drugs were mainly cold and warm,the tastes were mainly sweet and bitter,and the meridians tropism focused on the liver meridian,covering the lung meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian and kidney meridian;the core efficacy was nourishing yin and moistening dryness,calming the mind and soothing the spirit,clearing heat and cooling blood;16 pairs of high-frequency drug combinations were obtained(such as Poria→Pinelliae Rhizoma,Rehmannine Radix→Asini Corii Colla),and the core drugs included 12 kinds such as Rehmannine Radix and Poria;clustering analysis divided the top 20 high-frequency drugs into 4 groups,corresponding to the effects of nourishing yin and blood to subdue yang,nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation to nourish yin,invigorating the spleen to dry dampness and resolve phlegm,and clearing heat and purging fire to cool blood.Conclusion Ye Tianshi's treatment of hepatobiliary diseases closely adheres to the core thought of the liver being yin in nature and yang in function,takes nourishing yin and softening the liver as the foundation,and practices the concepts of cultivating earth to nourish wood,regulating qi and blood simultaneously and holistic treatment.The drugs are used in combination of cold and warm,tonic and purgative.Its rules and academic thoughts have important guiding value for modern clinical practice.关键词
