Abstract
Objective To analyze the literature in the field of TCM treatment of hematuria;To explore the research status,frontier hotspots and trends in this field.Methods Research literature about TCM treatment for hematuria was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP from January 1,1984 to December 31,2024.CiteSpace 6.3.R1 and VOSviewer 1.6.20 software were used to analyse the authors,research institutions and keywords,and visualization knowledge map was constructed.Results A total of 971 articles were included,and the overall trend of the number of publications in this field was increasing-steady-decreasing;The author with the highest number of publications was Yang Hongtao,and the research teams represented by Yang Hongtao,Lan Fang,and Ding Ying were formed in this field;the institution with the most publications was Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the institutional co-operation was based on the co-operation between the TCM universities and the affiliated hospitals;the keywords were clustered into 10 categories,and the high-frequency keywords were"TCM treatment","renal hematuria","chronic glomerulonephritis","syndrome differentiation and treatment".Conclusion The research hotspots of TCM treatment of hematuria mainly focus on renal hematuria and IgA nephropathy.The research hotspots are etiology and pathogenesis,and the key target population are children.The experience of famous doctors,medication patterns,blood haemolymph and microscopic hematuria may be the research focus objects.关键词
