中医药调控细胞内质网应激研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about TCM Regulating Cellular Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress
摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically review the research status and hotspots in TCM field of regulating endoplasmic reticulum stress through visualization analysis method;To provide references for related research.Methods The research literature about TCM regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and PubMed from the establishment of the databases to June 1,2025.NoteExpress 4.0.0.9855 software was used to standardize the data,Excel 2016 was used to draw the broken line chart of the distribution of the time of publication and the statistical source journals,and CiteSpace 6.2.R3 software was used to draw the visual network of authors,institutions and keywords.Results A total of 939 articles were included,comprising 715 Chinese articles and 124 English articles.The number of Chinese publications followed a pattern of stability,growth and a fluctuating decline,while English publications showed a gradual upward trend,though the volume remained lower than that of Chinese publications.The core journals publishing these articles were Chinese Journal of Experimental Formulary and Acupuncture Research.The most prolific author in Chinese articles was He Yingchun,and in English articles was Guang Liang;the institutions with the highest output were Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and the Chemical Biology Research Center.Research teams and institutions were primarily based at TCM universities and their affiliated hospitals.The most frequently occurring keywords were apoptosis and oxidative stress in Chinese and English respectively.Keywords were grouped into 10 and 6 categories,respectively,and clustering analysis identified 18 and 14 keywords.Conclusion Cross regional cooperation between authors and institutions in this field needs to be strengthened.Research hotspots mainly focus on the following aspects:intervention measures are mainly Chinese materia medica monomer,compounds and TCM external treatment,and research diseases focus on diabetes,tumor and Alzheimer's disease;the mechanism revolves around endoplasmic reticulum stress,involving molecular pathways such as apoptosis,autophagy and oxidative stress,reflecting the characteristics of multi-target regulation of TCM.关键词
